Objective:Observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris blood, and to investigate the peripheral blood cells of Toll-like-receptor-2 (TLR2) in the mechanism of blood therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. By observing the blood therapy and the clinical curative effect of western medicine treatment of acne vulgaris, to large extent to improve the quality of life of patients with acne, and provide better treatments for the treatment of acne vulgaris, and mechanism of acne to do further research.Method:From the out-patient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture rehabilitation outpatient and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences skin disease research selected 60 cases according to the traditional Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles-acne "(traditional Chinese medicine science and Technology Press,2002, Chapter 14 section 1), and Pillsbury four modified grading method selected moderate grade II and grade III acne patients, were randomly divided into self blood acupoint injection group (hereinafter referred to as the self blood group) and Western medicine group, each with 30 cases in each patient. After strict sterilization about 5ml of blood group every 3 days for 1 times, left and right sides of the alternating points, the patient in the supine position, the exposed side of elbow, cubital vein routine disinfection, the use of disposable syringes and thus into the needle, venous blood 4ml, side Quchi, Zusanli acupoint injection needle into acupoint 0.5-0.8 Cun to smoke no blood after blood injection points, each point about 2ml,5 times for a observation period,2 observation period (10 times) for a course of treatment, treatment of 1 course of statistical effect; western medicine group was treated with oral roxithromycin daily 2 times, each 150 mg oral half a month after the statistical effect. After the end of the course of treatment observation records related to the situation, and the detection of the corresponding indicators, analysis of data, and the establishment of the database, using the SPSS 19.0 system for statistical analysis. Results:Two groups of patients with gender, age, course of the disease and treatment before her lesions were no statistical difference of total integral, and comparable. After the treatment the blood group, the degree of skin lesions, skin give oil quantity, skin color, skin swelling is superior to western medicine group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05); Since the blood group after the treatment curative effect significantly better than western medicine group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). The results also showed that the blood recurrence rate is far lower than the western medicine group, has the long-term therapeutic effect, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). TLR2 expression levels after treatment in both groups were lower than before the treatment, and the expression of TLR2 level after treatment the blood group was obviously lower than western medicine group, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Autoblood point injection therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris with significant curative effect, than western medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris is more safe, no side effects, the advantages of reducing the recurrence rate. Autoblood point injection by lowering the expression of TLR2 level, reduce the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines IL-8, thus effectively relieve acne vulgaris of inflammatory skin condition to achieve therapeutic effect.
