BackgroundAcne vulgaris is a chronic and inflammatory skin disease involving in hairfollicle and sebaceous gland. It often occurs in the area with active sebaceousgland. The characteristic of Acne vulgaris is papules, pustule, node, cystetc. It is commonly seen at department of dermatology. Acne break out repeated?ly will leave pore bulky, scar and pigmentation. And that seriously influencepeople’s appearance and also give people different degree of mental pressure. With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attentionon skin diseases for damaging beauty. Therefore, it is very important forclinical significance to shorten the course and reduce the recurrence. The etiology of Acne is complicated. The main western medicine of treatingacne include antiphlogosis, drug which can restrict the secretion of sebaceousgland and anti-keratinization. However, there are some limitations for clinic?al use as a result of many side effects and recurrence after stopping medicatio-N. Now we are still finding a safe and effective treatment which can be userepeatly. In recent years, good progress has made in the treatment of acne by usingtraditional Chinese medicine. Clinicians receive the desired result by goodgovernance in tune with traditional Chinese medicine. It is necessary toresearch and develop traditional Chinese medicine to acne. And people payincreasing attention to Danshen injection for acne by acupoint injectiontherapy, which has satisfactory clinical outcome.ObjectiveTo provide new clinical ideas for type acne by observing clinical efficacy of the Danshen injection associated with Chineseinmedicine for acne by acupoint injection therapy and its superiority over the Chineseinmedicine xiaocuoling.Methods:sixty cases that meet the diagnostic criteria were randommly divided into an observation group ang a control group,30 cases in each. The observation group was treatde with the Danshen injection associated with Chineseinmedicine the control group(30cases) was treated with the Chineseinmedicine xiaocuoxing. Integral skin lesions before and after the observation of clinical.ResultsBefore treatmen:by comparing the age、total number of skin lesions、 the number of skin lesions onthe face (comedo、papules、pustule、node) of two groups we found no obvious differences (P>0.05) between them.Results of the overall effect:After four weeks and eight weeks, The results of the overall effect showthat the difference between two groups is statistically significant (P <0.05). And it illustrates that the clinical effect of observation group is much better than that of control group.Comparison of skin lesions’number before and after treatmentThe observation group:After two weeks and four weeks, the rank_and_testing shows acne、pimples、pustules、nodules、the skin lesions’ total number before and aftertreatment is statistically significant (grouP<0. 05);The control group:changges in the number of the skin lesion are not obvious.After finishing the whole treatmen, we kept observing the number of skin lesions onthe face (comedo、papules、pustule、node) for a month, which showed the recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group.ConclusionsThe Danshen injection is the effective prescription fortreating the type acne.
