Objective: In this study,A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 80 patients with acne vulgaris to explore the clinical efficacy of point injection Danshen injection combined with bloodletting on tip of ear in the treatment of acne vulgaris, and to compare the short-term efficacy, total effective rate, adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the treatment of acne vulgaris with the external use of erythromycin isotretinoin gel in the control group. In this way,the effectiveness of acupoint injection combined with ear tip bloodletting in the treatment of acne vulgaris was clarified, and a new method and new thinking were provided for the treatment of acne vulgaris with the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: In this study,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases each,by the random number table method. In the treatment group,40 patients were given acupoint injection of Danshen injection combined with ear tip bloodletting, once every 2 days,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. In the control group,40 patients were treated with erythromycin Isotretinoin gel external coating, which was applied 2 times A day for 1 course of treatment for 30 days, with A total of 2 courses of treatment. After one course of treatment, the number of lesions before and after treatment was compared between the two groups to observe the short-term efficacy of the two groups. After two courses of treatment, the total number of skin lesions and the severity of acne before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to calculate the total effective rate of the two groups. Two months after the end of treatment, the patients were followed up,and the number of recurrence cases in the two groups was counted to compare the recurrence rate of the two groups. Results: After one course of treatment, the total number of skin lesions in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the total number of skin lesions between the two groups(P=0.79>0.05).After two courses of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the total number of lesions between the two groups(P=0.03<0.05).After two courses of treatment, rank sum test was conducted for the severity of acne in the two groups of patients who did not heal, and P=0.04(P<0.05)was obtained, the difference was statistically significant. After two courses of treatment,40 patients in the treatment group were cured in 16 cases, with 10 cases of obvious effect,9 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffective. The overall effective rate was 87.5%.In the control group,8 of the 40 patients were cured,11 showed obvious effect,12 were effective, and 9 were ineffective. The overall effective rate was 77.5%.After testing,P=0.04<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Two months after the end of treatment, the two groups of cured patients were followed up.Among the 16 cured patients in the treatment group,2 relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 12.5%.In the control group,3 of the 8 cured patients had recurrence, with a recurrence rate of 37.50%,but the results were not statistically significant(P=0.28>0.05);During the treatment, there were 3 cases in the treatment group and 6 cases in the control group, both of which could relieve by themselves and did not withdraw from the experiment. Conclusion: These two kinds of therapy in the treatment of unusual type acne have curative effect, and no obvious difference in short-term curative effect, but the total effective rate of Danshen injection at acupoint combined with eartip bloodletting after 2 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that of topical application of erythromycin iso-tretinate gel,and the recurrence rate of follow-up 2 months after the end of treatment was also lower than that of erythromycin iso-tretinate gel.The number of cases of adverse reactions in the treatment process of point injection of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with ear-tip bloodletting was also lower than that of topical application of erythromycin iso-tretinoate gel, indicating that the point injection of point injection of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with ear-tip bloodletting was safer and more effective than topical application of erythromycin iso-tretinoate in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
