Objective: observe the influence and clinical effect of Hua zhuo xing xue soup toinflammatory mechanisms of cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods: using randomizedcontrolled study and according to the random number table,60patients who met thestandards were divided into two groups:30cases of control group treated with Westernmedicine treatment,30cases of treatment group treated with Hua zhuo xing xue soup onthe basis of Western medicine for fourteen days. The two groups were observed with thechanges of NF-kBP65, tumor necrosis factor-ɑ,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,NIHscale score、modified Rakin Scale score、Modified Barthel index and TCM symptomscore.Result: The clinical observation that the total effective rate in the treatment group ismore than the control group (P <0.05),Hua zhuo xing xue soup can improve patients withNIHSS scale、modified RaKin of Scale score、Modified Barthel index and TCMsymptom score, the two groups have a significant difference (P <0.05); The NF-kBP65、tumor necrosis factor-ɑ and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein (Hs-CRP)of treatmentgroup more significantly improved compared with the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Hua zhuo xing xue soup can low NF-kBP65、tumor necrosis factor-ɑandhigh-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP)inflammatory markers, decrease inflammatoryresponse, improve NIHSS scale score、modified Rakin Scale score、Modified Barthel indexand TCM symptom score, significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients withcerebral ischemic stroke, reduce the degree of disability and improve the patient’s activitiesof daily living, block the pathological aspects of stroke, improve patient TCM symptomsand is helpful to cerebral infarction prognosis.
