The control group received conventionaltreatment programs, while giving atorvastatin and Hua tuo zai zao wan.The observationgroup were given conventional treatment, while giving atorvastatin and Hua zhuo xue tangtreatment. Treatment for6months.Results: The clinical observation that hua zhuo xing xue tang with statins, can bemore effective in reducing carotid intima-media thickness (P <0.05), reduced carotidatherosclerotic plaque (P <0.05), may be faster reduce blood fat and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (P <0.05). Hua zhuo xing xue tang can effectively reduce artery-the arteryembolic stroke events associated ipsilateral stroke event recurrence rate (P <0.05).Conclusion: Hua zhuo xing xue tang with statins, can be more effective in reducingcarotid intima-media thickness, reduced carotid atherosclerotic plaque, reducing blood fatfaster and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, lipid deposition and inflammation controlreaction, more rapid and significant improvements, reversing atherosclerosis development, stabilization of vulnerable plaques. Meanwhile, hua zhuo xing xue tang can effectivelyreduce artery-the recurrence rate of ipsilateral stroke-related events after arterial embolicstroke events, this type of incident stroke secondary prevention effect is obvious.
