Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cognitive Impairment In The Acute Stage Of Ischemic Stroke With Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid in the treatment of cognitive impairment after acute ischemic stroke,and to explore the clinical value of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid combined with western medicine in the treatment of cognitive impairment after acute ischemic stroke.Methods:a randomized parallel control study was carried out in 37 patients with cognitive impairment in the acute stage of ischemic stroke.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases).Both groups were given basic treatment of Western Medicine,The experimental group was treated with Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid for 21 days on the basis of Western medicine.The observation period was 90 days.The CRF table was filled in according to the symptoms and signs of the patients.The clinical effect of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid on cognitive impairment in the acute stage of ischemic stroke was evaluated by observing the overall effect,TCM symptom score,MMSE score,MOCA score,MBI score and NIHSS score of the patients in the 7,21 and 90 days of follow-up after treatment.Results:① overall efficacy comparison:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.6%,and that of the control group was 70.3%.The overall effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.② Comparison of clinical effect:MMSE score and MOCA score of the two groups on the 7th,21st and follow-up 90th day of the treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement of score in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The MBI score,NIHSS score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were improved on the 7th,21st and follow-up 90th day of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).③Safety comparison before and after treatment:there were no obvious side effects and adverse reactions in three routine test,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram test.Conclusion:Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid can obviously improve the degree of cognitive function and nerve function defect of patients with cognitive impairment in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,improve their ability of daily life,improve their hemorheology indexes,and has stable long-term effect and good safety.
