Objective: Observe the clinical treatment effects of Hua zhuo he xue grain of patientswith ischemic stroke. Methods:Using randomized controlled methods, the choice conformsto the standard of63cases of patients, according to random number table, according to thetime sequence is divided into treatment group and control group in32cases of31cases.Control to conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group on the basis ofconventional western medicine therapy plus with lipid and blood particles, treatment for3weeks.Result:The clinical observation that the total effective rate in observation group wassignificantly better than the control group(P <0.05);Hua zhuo he xue grain to reduce thedegree of neurological deficits of patients with ischemic stroke, and improve the patient’sactivities of daily living(P<0.05);observation group patients blood homocysteine, fibrinogen, lipid analysis,rheology,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is a significantimprovement(P<0.05)than the control group;two groups of patients neuron-specificenolase was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Hua zhuo he xue grain cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke, cansignificantly improve their TCM symptoms;lipid and blood particles stroke patients betterable to improve the degree of neurological deficits, improve the patient’s activities of dailyliving;improve patient blood homocysteine, fibrinogen, hemorheologyand high-sensitivityC-reactive protein, physical and chemical indicators, especially in the lipid-lowering effectis significant;lipid and blood particles without obvious adverse reaction, safe and effective.
