Objective:Observe the clinical treatment effects of Hua zhuo he xue grain of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:Using randomized controlled methods, the choice conforms to the standard of 52 cases of patients, according to random number table, according to the time sequence is divided into treatment group and control group in 26 cases of 26 cases.Control to conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus with lipid and blood particles, treatment for 3 weeks.Result:The clinical observation that the total effective rate in observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Hua zhuo he xue grain to reduce the degree of neurological deficits of patients with ischemic stroke, and improve the patient'sactivities of daily living(P<0.05);observation group patients blood homocysteine, fibrinogen, lipid analysis,rheology,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is a significant improvement(P<0.05)than the control group;two groups of patients neuron-specific enolase was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hua zhuo he xue grain can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke, can significantly improve their TCM symptoms;lipid and blood particles stroke patients better able to improve the degree of neurological deficits, improve the patient's activities of daily living;improve patient bloodhomo cysteine, fibrinogen, hemorheologyand high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, physical and chemical indicators, especially in the lipid-lowering effectis significant;lipid and blood particles without obvious adverse reaction.safe and effective.
