Clinical Intervention Research Of Hua Zhuo Xing Xue Tang On Arterial Plaque In Patients With Atherosclerotic Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective: Based on the theory of TCM "blood turbidity" observe Hua zhuo xing xue tang on Arterial plaque in patients with atherosclerotic transient ischemic attack the intervention effect of the arterial plaque was in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods: Select 60 patients conformed to the standard, according to the principle of stochastic control points into treatment group and control group, and each group includes 30 cases. Two groups were all integrated treatmented of Western Medicine therapy and treatment group increases Hua zhuo xing xue tang to treat. One course of treatment includes 30 days, and the two groups were all treated for 2 continuous courses.Result: Hua zhuo xing xue tang can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of TIA patients with atherosclerosis(P < 0.05), and improve total effective of the TIA patients.(P < 0.05)Hua zhuo xing xue tang can reduce the carotid artery intima-media thickness significantly,(P < 0.05) and reduce atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery(P < 0.05). Hua zhuo xing xue tang can reduce recurrence frequency within 90 days of TIA patients significantly(P < 0.05). Hua zhuo xing xue tang can also improve patient's physicochemical indexes just as fibrin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipid analysis.(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hua zhuo xing xue tang can improve the atherosclerosis in patients with TIA and stable the vulnerable plaque.Hua zhuo xing xue tang can improve patient's physicochemical indexes just as fibrin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipid analysis.The conclusion explains that hua zhuo xing xue tang control the inflammatory response and lipid deposition effectively.Hua zhuo xing xue tang has obvious secondary prevention effect to atherosclerosis TIA, and it is an effective prescription.
