Hua Zhuo Xing Xue Decoction On The Secondary Prevention Of Ischemic Stroke Clinical Efficacy

Objective: Observation Huazhuo xingxue Decoction on the secondary preventionof ischemic stroke clinical efficacy.Methods: A randomized controlled study, selected120patients meet the standards,according to the random number table, according to the order of treatment time dividedinto control group and observation group of60cases. The control group was given aspirin100mg QD, Lipitor and20mg QD combined treatment; the observation group with aspirin100mg QD combined with Huazhuo xingxue Decoction treatment, treatment for3months.Result: Clinical observations after treatment observation group and treatment group,the total effective rate was95%and85%, with significant differences in efficacy (P <0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score decreased, compared with before treatment differencewas significant (P <0.05), the difference between the two groups after treatment also has asignificant (P <0.05). After treatment, the Barthel index were increased, compared withbefore treatment difference was significant (P <0.05), the difference between the twogroups after treatment also has a significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the mRS scoredecreased, compared with before treatment difference was significant (P <0.05), aftertreatment between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Fibrinogenobservation group than the control group of patients improved significantly (P <0.05).Aftertreatment, CHO, TG, LDL levels were decreased in the observation group and controlgroup showed no significant difference (P>0.05), described Huazhuo xingxue Decoctionwith lipid-lowering effects of Lipitor20mg considerable. Observer Group for strokerecurrence rates are significantly lower than control group (p﹤0.05). Conclusion: Huazhuo xingxue Decoction can significantly improve the clinicalsymptoms of patients with stroke and improve neurological function, improve the patient’squality of life, improve patient fibrinogen, serum lipids, especially in terms oflipid-lowering effect is significant, Huazhuo xingxue soup can reduce stroke patients withrelapse rate in patients with ischemic stroke treatment and secondary prevention has playedthe role, reflecting the theory of treating disease," both disease prevention " thinking.
