| Objective: By comparing the difference between hua zhuo xing xue jia wei soul andFluoxetine on effect of post-stroke depression,this research tried to improve that adjustingqi and blood is an effective treatmen of PSD.Methods:64patients from Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group or controlgroup,and each group has a32patient..The patient from treatment group were given huazhuo xing xue jia wei soul and the control group were given Fluoxetine20mg per day inaddition to Basic treatment.They were scored on Hamilton Depression Scale, NationalInstitutes of Health Stroke Scale and the Homemade TCM syndromes Scale by the time ofthe second,the fourth and the eighth weeks. The difference between hua zhuo xing xue jiawei soul and Fluoxetine on effect of post-stroke depression were compared.Result: The study showed that there are significant difference between treatmentgroup and control group on the scores of HAMD,NIHSS and the Homemade TCMsyndromes Scale on every assessment (P<0.05).The efficacy evaluation of NIHSS and theHomemade TCM syndromes Scale are also showed that hua zhuo xing xue jia wei soul hada better effect((P<0.05),but the efficacy evaluation of HAMD showed a worse effect thanthe Fluoxetine(P>0.05).Conclusion: Although hua zhuo xing xue jia wei soul had the same effect on thetreatment of PSD with Fluoxetine,it was proved that hua zhuo xing xue jia wei soul had abeter effect on the improve of depressive symptoms and rehabilitation.So it is a Effectivetreatment on PSD. |
