Major Establishment And Development Studies Of Higher Medical Colleges In Hunan Province

The quality of medical applied talents’education is closely related to the major establishment and development in higher colleges. Major establishment is the bond of the social needs and practical education in school. And major establishment is the key of education which can adapt to the social needs positively and flexibly. Thus, major establishment and development researches have certain theoretical and practical meanings in improving the quality of medical applied talents and people’s health standard.This essay finds out there are three problems about higher medical college’s major establishment and development in Hunan Province through detailed researches, which are the lack of distinguishing features of cultivated objectives, the inappropriate major structure and hysteretic, low-level major development, which result in unclear and improper developing concerts, imperfect self-development and self-adjustment major management mechanism and the shortage of running a school condition. What’s more, the recent insufficient qualification of running a college makes the major establishment and structure inappropriate and highlights the problems of major development. Therefore, if we want to solve the problems of higher medical college’s major establishment and development, firstly we should change college running and education ideas, obey the basic rules of medical education and form running and education thinking based on our own college situations; secondly we must build a sound self-development and self-adjustment major management mechanism cultivate characteristic majors, perfect major structures and produce the professional schooling advantages. Meanwhile, improving college running condition, creating various channels, raising college running funds, improving teaching level, strengthen the construction of practice base and cultivate students’practical skills must be done.
