The Research Of The Connecting Of Uyghur Medicine Major And Industry In College Of XinJiang Uyghur Meducine

China is a nation of multiracial integration,with a vast territory and a large population.Most of the ethnic areas are located in the western,the northern and the northeast part of China,in the border area,and the economic development is lagging behind.Therefore,the pursuit of happy life by ethnic minorities is more urgent.through research of the connecting of major and industry in higher vocational colleges in ethnic areas,to develop the local industry,traini minority talents and improve the quality of people’s life in ethnic areas.Xinjiang Hotan as the focus of China’s poverty alleviation,is "Ethnic areas","deep poverty-stricken areas" and "border areas".Through tresearch of the connecting of major and industry in College of XinJiang Uyghur Meducine,we can not only Enrich the theories of ethnic education,vocational education and applied talents training,also can provide the reference solution of the poverty alleviation problem of “the integration of production and education in fostering talents,nurturing industries and driving the economy ”in other ethnic areas.College of XinJiang Uyghur Medicine is the main research object.The literature research method is used to analyze the related research on professional setting of higher vocational colleges,and connecting major and industry in higher vocational colleges in ethnic areas,combing the value and research trend of the existing research.On the basis of this,the paper used the participatory observation method and interview survey method,to visit the Uygur medical hospital,Uygur pharmaceutical company and College of XinJiang Uyghur Medicine in Hotan,Xinjiang,from the curriculum、teachers、teaching、process、practice、employment、entrepreneurship and other aspects of College of XinJiang Uyghur Medicine’s the connecting of major and local industry.finging the existing problems can be summed up as insufficient ability to cultivate talents in colleges,lack of sustained development power and upgrading of government and market support.Based on the current situation and existing problems,this paper uses the synergy theory to analyze the defects of the training ability of colleges,the industrial organization theory to clarify the restriction of industrial development.the institutional theory to clarify the shackles of the support of the social organizations.With the deeply excavating the root of the problem,this paper puts forward the way to strengthen the connecting between the Uygur medical and maintenance major of College of XinJiang Uyghur Medicine and the Uygur medical industry,according the cooperation theory,the industrial organization theory and the institutional theory——Closely linking up the training of talents in Colleges,taking measures to enhance the development strength of Uyghur medicine,nurturing and supporting social organizations to help them.
