Investigation On Clinical Teaching Status Of Imaging Technique Professional In Higher Vocational Medical College

Objective:To understand the present situation of clinical medical imaging diagnosis teaching of imaging technology in higher vocational medical;to explore the issue of talent training in medical imaging technology professional,and put forward suggestions for the applied talents training,and provide references for improving medical education and talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges in the future.Methods:Four sessions of students from 2010 to 2013,a total of 430 were continuously collected as subjects from imaging technology professional of a vocational and technical colleges in linfen.A line of teaching teachers were selected from 13 clinical practice hospitals,where the amounts of practice students were more than 10.These teachers were in ordinary X-ray,CT,MRI departments,and a total of 163 were recruited in our study.The literature review method and epidemiological cross-sectional study were used to understand the clinical teaching present situation and problems of talent training for medical imaging diagnosis of imaging technology professional in a higher vocational medical college.Statistical analyses were conducted by SPSS 20.0 software,with P < 0.05 was used to judge statistically significant.Results:1.Medical imaging technology professional four graduates a total of 407 effective questionnaires were taken back,the effective rate 94.65%(407/430).Between the ages of 21 and 26 years old,average age(23.10±1.27)years old.Male 221,female 221,male: female = 1.19:1;the four students there was no statistically significant difference of gender distribution(X~2 = 0.33,P = 0.995).Students after graduation engaged in very relevant major(Work in ordinary X-ray,CT,and MRI),basic related specialized(Work in other medical departments in ordinary X-ray,CT and MRI departments)student 370 people,accounting for 90.91%,which is engaged in a related professional students accounted for 76.66%(312/407),89.93%(366/407)of the students in this major for further study.2.Teaching teachers in recycling effective questionnaire 159,effective recovery rate 97.55%(159/163).Male 98,female 98,male: female = 1.61:1.Aged between 21 and 55 years old,average age(34.27±7.27)years old.Teachers with low qualification doctor is given priority to,the constituents of the working life of < 10 years accounted for 64.15%(102/159);Education is given priority to with university degree,accounted for 57.23%(91/159);The teaching secretary,three people accounted for 1.89%(3/159);6 teachers,the double types accounted for 3.77% of the total.Some doctors take two or three imaging department work,the working range is extensive;most teaching teachers to a direction of further research,scientific research and relative lag,and 15.72%(25/159)of the physicians also work part-time technician.3.The clinical practice situation survey results:(1)40.05%(163/407)students often communicate with teaching teachers exchange;39.31%(160/407)students actively participate in case discussion;48.65%(198/407)of the students is not good for master of medical imaging diagnosis,22.60%(92/407)of the students said they didn't have.35.22%(56/159)teaching teachers in the department is not unified teaching plan;40.88%(65/159)teaching teachers did not attend the teaching training before teaching,26.42%(42/159)of the teachers think department for interns into the training.Trainees into the division shall be the responsibility of the department staff accounted for 37.74%(responsible for including specialist is responsible for 18.24%,19.50% in turn).10.06%(16/159)teachers think intern is given without assessment,assessment of even 45.91%(73/159)of the teachers in teaching impression.The four students writing diagnosis reports during the internship is statistically significant(X~2= 25.21,P =0.003),students don't write or don't usually write diagnostic reports the number of ratio is increasing year by year.Don't write,usually don't write,81 pupils(19.90%),5(8.47%)pupils of grade 2010,17(14.66%)pupils of grade 2011,20(19.80%)pupils of grade 2012,39(29.77%)pupils of grade 2013;Write less,83(20.39%)pupils,9(15.25%)pupils of grade 2010,19(16.38%)pupils of grade 2011,21(20.79%)pupils of grade 2012,34(25.95%)pupils of grade 2013.(2)The differences of teachers and students in choosing teaching pattern was statistically significant(X~2 = 6.72,P = 0.035).The four student's choice of teaching mode has no statistically significant difference(X~2 = 6.79,P = 0.314).70.44%(112/159)of teaching teachers and 59.71%(243/407)of the interns to think in the current teaching mode of clinical in the traditional teaching mode and modern teaching pattern with the combination of teaching mode;54.72%(87/159)of teaching teachers and 41.52%(169/407)of the interns think the current teaching mode.From the point of view of students to compare the usage of five kinds of teaching methods and teaching teachers(multiple choice),difference was statistically significant(X~2 = 21.12,P = 0.049).Further for students and teachers in the use of five kinds of clinical teaching methods comparison,difference was statistically significant(X~2 = 51.85,P < 0.001).4.The problem of talent training:(1)81.82%(333/407)of the students think that practice to cultivate students' vocational ability and practice ability have a larger role.In the diagnosis report don't write,usually don't write,and write less 164 students,34.76%(57/164)of the students think that has nothing to do with the later work in the mechanic,it is not necessary to write diagnostic reports;43.90%(72/164)of the students in writing reports,feeling too hard,do not know how to start;more 21.34%(35/164)of the students did not arrange writing diagnosis reports because of department work.21.87%(89/407)students are not willing to learn;46.19%(188/407)students think the teacher's workload.33.33%(53/159)teachers argue that students' enthusiasm is not high,46.54%(74/159)teachers think doctor workload big.79.12%(322/407),55.28%(225/407)of the students think practice base of teaching teachers,practice base condition,can satisfy the practical application personnel training needs.52.20%(83/159)teaching teachers in the department did not regular teaching methods discussed.(2)10 third-class hospitals are responsible for culture rules,121 front-line teaching teachers,77.69%(94/121)a line of teaching teachers think for gauge Pearson to a certain extent,reduced the amount of time college interns writing diagnosis reports.Teaching teachers to the students practice content master degree evaluation method is diversiform,considerations have different standard,still belongs to the summative assessment.Grasp the situation for medical imaging diagnosis through diagnosis report complete evaluation from the perspective of students with 14.99%(61/407),teachers with 30.82%(49/159).(3)49.06%(78/159)of the teachers and 37.59%(153/407)think internships for students autonomous learning,lifelong learning ability improve very helpful.The four students in practice to improve their autonomous learning,lifelong learning ability help the choice of level difference was statistically significant(X~2 = 102.86,P< 0.001).Further view on the viewpoints of both students and teachers on the basis of the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(X~2 = 17.09,P< 0.001).(4)Only a medical school affiliated hospital in 13 hospitals provide dormitory.Provide students writing diagnosis report 0,8 or more computer take over at the three departments,CT,MRI,on average,a department have 1-2,three departments of 3 two-class hospitals belong to a big department,only 1 or 2 computer diagnosis for students writing report.Conclusion:This research from two aspects of the four students and teaching faculty research and analysis,is generally believed that clinical practice of students' autonomous learning,lifelong learning ability improve helpful;Current clinical teaching mode for the traditional teaching mode of modern teaching pattern with the combination of teaching mode;The teaching method of variety;But the medical imaging diagnostics practice effect is not optimistic.There is a widespread practice hospital infrastructure is still insufficient and the utilization rate is not high,the hospital's emphasis on the cultivation of teachers and teaching problems of degrees.And points out that teaching and talent training,teacher training department especially double teachers training,the training and given appraisal system to carry out the content,teaching teachers to the students practice to master degree evaluation method,etc,for medical imaging technology in higher vocational college professional medical imaging diagnostics provides the reference for the reform of clinical teaching,in order to further promote the fusion,between production and education cooperation of applied talents and technical skills training mode to provide the reference.
