Research On The Construction Of College Students' Major Illness Medical Mutual Aid System In China

Problems-oriented is one of the most important principle the our government organized Social Medical Systems,however,the public still face the big issue that the cost when they get sick are way too much.Especially,in the case of the critical illness will cost almost all the money of a family because of the huge medical expenses.This research is focus on building a Collegiate Medical-aid Insurance among the students in Chinese universities to solve the problem we mentioned above.Based on the Actuarial Science of the current situation,the same measure could be expanded to the other social groups.Eventually,this Medical-aid Insurance could be integrated with the social medical insurance,commercial insurance and medical assistant system completely cover all the problems in the social medical system.Firstly,the necessities of building Collegiate Medical-aid Insurance are on account of the current situations.Once a family member got one of the Critical Illnesses,most of the families would have faced the serious debts issues.Meanwhile,for the Country,the compensations of the Critical Illnesses also are hardly afforded by the financial appropriation from the government.Secondly,the preconditions of building Collegiate Medical-aid Insurance are verified from the different levels,including:the management structure of this insurance system,the legalities of the related administrations and the willing of the current students in the universities.According to the result of the questionnaire,87.9%would like to participate into this systems.Lastly,this research specifically explains how the system could be well operated by the public institutions.In conclusion,building this Collegiate Medical-aid Insurance will be an effective way to shorten the gaps between different social classes and cover the shortages of the current social medical system.Furthermore,this would be the most reliable and practical way to help the families who have a college student gets the critical illness.For the long term,the social medical system would help all the patients to get compensations in one insurance year after the Medical-aid Insurance systems could be realized,then benefit all the citizens in China.
