BackgroundNursing is an important part of the medical work.and nursing quality directly reflects the level of medical care. Current domestic nursing vacancies and the serious health care needs of people on the increase, so that nurses have a greater pressure to become one of high risk of burnout. The results show that nurses have higher levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization moderate and low personal accomplishment.At present, more and more contract nurses were hired to contract nursing positions.for various reasons, contract nurses in clinical nursing work facing a lot of pressure,a long time, it will produce burnout. Nurse burnout is releted to age, department and other demographic factors and coping style, job satisfaction, social support and other factors. Abroad more than that burnout is an individual psychological factors and social long-term result of the interaction of environmental factors. Our research in the field of occupational burnout conduct late, made less progress on influencing factors of nurse burnout focuses only on one aspect, not systematic and improved. In view of this conduct the study.ObjectivesResearching and compiling the outside nurse burnout, and to analyze the impact of factors to the individual’s psychological adjustment for nurses and organizational intervention and intervention to provide a theoretical basis.MethodsWe gave them some questionnaire to contract nurses of Jiyang County, Shandong Province, Shanghe four county-level public hospitals by the census method. Topics covered include general and nurse burnout situation. In the research group unified under the guidance of trained investigators from the completed contract nurses themselves. Establish a database using ACCESS software, using SPSS16.0software for statistical analysis.The main results(1)The subject of the investigation burnout rate is40.99%.(2)Univariate analysis showed that affect the county hospital contract nurses main factors:where the departments,education, job, self-rated health status, average weekly working time, the average monthly number of duty,the average monthly income, the patient degree of respect, respect for the residents extent, self-assessment of social status:nurse-patient conflicts, professional environment, career recognition, patient satisfaction, nurse-patient trust.Multivariate analysis showed that:Impact county hospital contract nurses main factors:education, night shift, the nurse-patient conflicts, the nurse-patient trust, professional environment, re-career and so on.①Contract nurses burnout of undergraduate course is higher;②Contract nurses burnout of night shift is higher;③Contract nurses burnout of nurse-patient conflict is higher;④Occupational environmental situation worse self-assessment, the more prone to burnout;⑤Patients with a low level of trust contract nurses burnout is higher;⑥Low degree of professional recognition contract nurses burnout is higher.Conclusions and RecommendationsJinan City, county hospital contract nurses burnout rate is as same as in the country. The main factors are affected of the contract nurses burnout is education, night shift, nurse-patient conflict, nurse-patient trust, professional environment, career recognition, etc. Therefore, the following comments suggest:1Contract nurses shuld adjust from the individual level.①CCorrectly deal with career choice.②Maintain a positive attitude.③Coordination handle the relationship between work and life. 2From the professional environment to provide support for contract nurses①Work unit support. Improve the occupational environment, ease the work pressure.The scheduling is made according to the patient’s condition, workload, nurse structure, capability and level of other factors,.②There are some choice for contract nurses job promotion:job promotion channels, so that they have the space and conditions for career development.③To establish system of a fair, open and impartial performance appraisal, refusing category discrimination.④Emphasis on contract nurses mental health,3Strengthening nurse-patient communication, and create a harmonious interpersonal relationships nursing①Educate contract nurses to treat patients with respect and equality, strengthen their self-cultivation, focusing on personal and professional etiquette.②Strengthen nurse-patient communication, contract nurses focus on communication skills, sincere treatment of the patient.③Strengthen the nursing profession violence training to enhance their self-awareness. Community should respect the contract nurses, care contract nurses,the nursing profession to create a healthy environment.
