Objectives:The research aimed to investigate the current status of psychological capital,psychological contract and job burnout of clinical nurses in Grade ?A hospital of Changchun area,analyze the effects on the burnout of clinical nurses,explore the correlation between psychological capital,psychological contract and job burnout of clinical nurses in Grade ?A hospital.The conclusions of this study would provide theoretical foundation and reference for nursing administrators to reduce the level of burnout of clinical nurses.Methods:In this research,220 clinical nurses in Grade ?A hospital of Changchun area were selected by the convenience sampling method during June to October 2017.We conducted a questionnaire survey consists a general demographic data questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire,psychological contract scale,Maslach Burnout Inventory.We established the database and input data with the Epidata3.1,and analyzed the data with SPSS 19.0 software.The analysis methods mainly included descriptive statistical analysis,t test,single factor analysis of variance,rank-sum test,correlation analysis and other common stastatistical methods.Results:1.The average score of psychological capital was(4.37±0.77)points.In the four dimensions of psychological capital,according to the order from high to low was optimism(4.40±1.12),resistance(4.39±0.85),self-efficacy(4.37±0.76),hope(4.32±0.85).2.The clinical nurses' psychological contract hospital responsibility score was(3.57±0.72)points,and the nurses' responsibility score was(4.16±0.58)points.In the various dimensions of hospital responsibility,the order from high to low was hospitalteam responsibility(3.64±0.77),hospital development responsibility(3.53±0.79),and hospital reality responsibility(3.51±0.80).In terms of nurses' responsibility,the scores of each dimension were from high to low was the nurses' development responsibility(4.20±0.63),nurses' reality responsibility(4.19±0.58),and nurses' team responsibilityy(4.13±0.62).3.The highest level of three dimensions of the job burnout was the diminished personal accomplishment,the following was the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,at a low levle.4.One-way analysis of variance showed that the emotional exhaustion of nurses was influenced by age,professional title,working years(P<0.05).The respectively cynicism of nurses was influenced by age,professional title,department,working years(P<0.05).The personal accomplishment of nurses was influenced by educational level and department(P<0.05).5.Correlation analysis revealed that the psychological capital of clinical nurses was significantly positively correlated with psychological contract(P<0.01)and there was a significant negative correlation between the psychological capital and job burnout(P<0.01);there was a significant negative correlation between the psychological contract and job burnout in clinical nurses(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The psychological capital level of clinical nurses is medium,with the highest level is optimism and the lowest level is hope.2.The performance of psychological contract perceived by clinical nurses is higher than that of hospitals.3.The level of job burnout of this research subjects is higher than that of Maslach norm.The age,educational level,professional title,department,working years of the general demographic data are the factors influence the job burnout of clinical nurses.4.Positive correlation has been found between psychological capital and psychological contract of the research subjects.5.Negative correlation has been found between psychological capital and job burnout of the research subjects.It means that the higher the level of psychological capital,the lower the level of job burnout.6.Clinical nurses' psychological contract hospital responsibility andnurses' responsibility are significantly negatively correlated with the job burnout.The higher the performance level of psychological contract,the lower the level of job burnout.
