Purpose: In changchun city, jilin province as the research object of contract nurses three 3 armour hospital, understand the present situation of contract nurses job burnout and turnover intention, analysis the influence factors of job burnout and turnover intention of contract nurses, to standardize the management of contract nurses, improve the quality of nursing, stable team of contract nurses, humanized management measures, for hospital managers to provide the reference basis.Method: USES the questionnaire survey to nurse general situation questionnaire, the markov job burnout scale - human service version ( MBI - HSS), turnover intention scale(TIS) as a research tool, by secret way to changchun three level of first-class hospital questionnaire survey was conducted among 485 contract nurses. After data collection, using the Excel in original data entry and finishing work, and then into the SPSS 19.0 statistical package for statistical analysis. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis, Spearman correlation. And use the analysis step by step multiple stepwise regression analysis on the influencing factors, by using the structural equation model of job burnout for analysis.Result:485 contract system nurses, according to the results of the questionnaire survey to the three dimensions of job burnout scale, emotional exhaustion positive rate is 67.22%; To personal positive rate is 87.22%; Low personal accomplishment positive rate was 2.27%. Job burnout, in general, positive rate was 97.73%, including mild burnout accounted for 27.01%, moderate burnout (47.63%), severe burnout accounted for 23.09%. Factors that affect the contract nurses job burnout are age, on the night shift amount, the income satisfaction. Departure of contract nurses intend to high levels or high of 58.76%, show that team of contract nurses in a state of flux. Departure will influence factors of age, nursing age, work on the night shift number, title, department, monthly average income, the income satisfaction, total score on practicing environment, the first record of formal schooling, and dehumanization.Conclusion: Changchun city contract nurses job burnout level of first-class hospital positive rate was 97.73%, the overall in a moderately severe level; Departure of contract nurses intend to higher levels or very high ( 58.76%), showed that team of contract nurses in the unstable state; The influencing factors of contract nurses job burnout mainly include:age, on the night shift number, the income satisfaction; The influencing factors of contract nurses quit intention mainly include: age, nursing age, work on the night shift number,title, department, monthly average income, the income satisfaction, total score on practicing environment, the first record of formal schooling, and dehumanization.
