| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zengye Runchang(ZYRC) decoction inthe intervention therapy of defecation difficulties drinking prevention of postoperativemixed hemorrhoids. Methods:60cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid with theinclusion criteria.30cases in treatment group were treated by ZYRC decoction and other30cases in the control group were given Qirong Runchang (QRRC) Oral Liquid. Two groupsof patients were given oral drug therapy on the first postoperative day, and the treatmentslasted1week.The patients were observed the time of first defecation and defecationcontrast observation records of patients with2d,4d,7d to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results: The clinical study showed that after treatment, significantly ahead of patients withmixed hemorrhoid postoperative first defecation time, improvement in postoperative mixedhemorrhoids poor defecation, defecation, stool, defecation incompletion efficacy,ZYRCgroup is better than QRRC group, also can prevent or reduce the postoperative pain ofmixed hemorrhoids, bleeding and other complications. Conclusion:With increasing liquidYin, Qi and blood, Runchang catharsis legislation, ZYRC decoction can make patientsafter mixed hemorrhoid operation first defecation time ahead of schedule, effectivelyimproving the postoperative mixed hemorrhoids poor defecation, reducing defecation time,increasing fecal moisture, softening the stool, Tong Fu-organ performed gas and reducingstool after not quite susceptible, and both ease pain after operation of mixed hemorrhoids,effectively improving the defecation difficulties after mixed hemorrhoid operation, thatrational understanding of the pathogenesis of defecation difficulties after mixedhemorrhoid operation, increasing liquid Yin, Qi and blood, Runchang catharsis is aneffective method for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative defecationdifficulties, and this is an effective prescription to difficult defecation control after mixed hemorrhoid operation. |
