The Clinical Study On The Intervention For Postoperative Defecation Difficulty Of Mixed Hemorrhoids With Jiajian Xieli Decoction

Objective:The study observe and contrast the clinical effect of Jiajian Xieli Decoction and Maren soft capsule in postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids with syndrome of downward diffusion of damp-heat.Meanwhile,it investigate the availability of Jiajian Xieli Decoction in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids,and provide the reference for its clinical promotion.It also explore a more effective treatment for defecation difficulty after the operation of tissue-selecting therapy(TST)stapler resection combined with exeteral hemorrhoids excision.Methods:The 60 patients were randomly diveded into the therapeutic group and the contol group,who meeting the requirements of this study and selected as participants in the study.When the first defecation after the operation is difficult,30 patients in therapeutic group were treated by Jiajian Xieli Decoction.While 30 patients in control group were treated by Maren soft capsule.To observe the variations of smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation,before and after intervention(1d,3d,5d,7d).Fill in the observation sheet with credits.The datas of the two groups wree statistically processed and analyzed,and compare their final efficacy.Consequences:1.At the 1st day after the treatment,there was no significant difference between the therapeutic group and the contol group in the amelioration of smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation(P>0.05).2.At the 3rd day after the treatment,there was significant difference between the therapeutic group and the contol group in t he amelioration of time of defecation,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effects of the therapeutic group was better than the control group.Whereas,there was no significant difference between the therapeutic group and the contol group in the amelioration of smoothness of defecation,fecal characteristics(P>0.05).3.At the 5th day after the treatment,the syndrome of smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation of patients in the both groups was ameliorated.The therapeutic effects of the therapeutic group was better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.At the 7th day after the treatment,the syndrome of smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation of patients in the both groups was ameliorated.And the amelioration of the therapeutic group was better than the control group in smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Whereas,there was no significant difference between the therapeutic group and the contol group in the amelioration of pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation(P>0.05).5.The overall therapeutic effects was observed and analyzed at the 7th day after the treatment.In the therapeutic group,15 patients were cured,15 patients were efficacious.In the control group,6 patients were cured,17 patients were efficacious and 7 patient showedsignificant effect.Through statistical analysis,the two groups had significant differences and were comparatived(P<0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic group was better than the control group,that is,in ameliorating postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids,Jiajian Xieli Decoction is better than Maren soft capsule.Conclusion:In the amelioration of smoothness of defecation,time of defecation,fecal characteristics,pain during defecation,hematochezia during defecation,Jiajian Xieli Decoction has significant therapeutic effect and no significant adverse reactions.It is a safety and valid intervention,that can be accepted by the patient.It can significantly ameliorate postoperative hemorrhoid patients with defecation difficulties and other complications and distress,is fit for be popularized in clinical application.It is a safeand effective treatment for patients.It can significantly improve postoperative hemorrhoid patients with defecation difficulties and other complications and pain,suitable for clinical promotion.
