Clinical Observation Of Zengye Runchang Decoction In Treating Functional Constipation Of The Type Of Yin Jin Loss

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zengye Runchang decoction in treating functional constipation of the type of Yin Jin Loss,including short-term,long-term efficacy and safety,and to provide reference for the formulation of treatment scheme for functional constipation in the future.Methods:64 cases of functional constipation patients were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and treatment group(n=32).The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution and the treatment group was treated with Zengye Runchang Decoction for 3weeks.The symptom scores of the two groups were counted before treatment,after treatment and follow-up for 1 month.To evaluate the efficacy of the two groups after treatment and follow-up for 1 month.To observe the adverse reactions in the course of drugs use.The patients of were markedly cured and entirely cured were followed up to observe the recurrence.Results:1.The control group included 32 patients,of which there were 2 cases of shedding,and the number of final cases was 30.The treatment group included 32 cases,of which there were no shedding cases,and the number of final cases was 32.2.After treatment and 1 month follow-up,the scores of the main symptoms(shape of stool,defecation straining,the number of defecation,urgency of defecation,feeling of endless defecate,the sense of anorectal obstruction)in the Zengye Runchang Decoction group were lower than those in the lactulose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment and 1 month follow-up,the scores of secondary symptoms(vexing heat in chest,palms and soles,emaciated body and night sweating,dry mouth and less fluid,insomnia virtual tired,soreness and weakness of waist and knees)were lower in the Zengye Runchang Decoction group than in the lactulose group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the total symptom scores of the Zengye Runchang Decoction group and the lactulose group were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total symptom score after treatment was lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the follow-up,the total symptom scores of the Zengye Runchang Decoction group and the lactulose group were lower than those before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total symptom score at follow-up in the treatment group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the total effective rate of the Zengye Runchang Decoction group was 96.9%,and the total effective rate of the lactulose group was 73.3%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After 1 month follow-up,the total effective rate was 91.6% in the Zengye Runchang Decoction group and 60.0% in the lactulose group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).6.After 1 month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the Zengye Runchang Decoction group was 15.8%,and the recurrence rate of the lactulose group was 64.3%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zengye Runchang Decoction can obviously improve the main symptoms(shape of stool,defecation straining,the number of defecation,urgency of defecation,feeling of endless defecate,the sense of anorectal obstruction)and secondary symptoms(vexing heat in chest,palms and soles,emaciated body and night sweating,dry mouth and less fluid,insomnia virtual tired,soreness and weakness of waist and knees)of patients with functional constipation of the type of Yin Jin loss.The effect of Zengye Runchang Decoction is significant,and the comprehensive curative effect of the recent and long term are superior to Lactulose Oral Solution.
