| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids by adding and reducing acupoint application of Zengye Chengqi Decoction.Method:Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Each group received 30 external and internal ligation surgery.Postoperatively,the control group was given placebo+conventional treatment,while the treatment group was given Zengye Chengqi Decoction plus or minus Shenque,Tianshu and Zusanli acupoint application+conventional treatment,with a course of treatment of 5 days.The first defecation time,defecation time,defecation interval time,fecal traits,defecation smooth degree and other indexes were recorded continuously for 5 days after the operation to evaluate the efficacy.At the same time,observe the adverse reactions and severity in the process of the test,and finally evaluate its safety.Results:From day 1 to day 5 after surgery,the indexes such as defecation time,interval time of defecation,fecal traits,smooth defecation degree and patients' quality of life in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in all cases during the trial.Conclusion:The clinical study on the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation by adding and reducing acupoint application of Zengyong Chengqi Decoction has achieved a good effect initially.lt can significantly relieve postoperative constipation with less toxic and side effects,and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.It is one of the better methods for the prevention and treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation. |
