Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Guirenrunchang Decoction On Difficult Defecation After Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective:Objective to compare Guirenrunchang Decoction and Congrongtongbian oral liquid in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids,and observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guirenrunchang formula in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids,so as to provide a new idea for the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids and reduce the pain of patients with postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:In this experiment,72 patients with postoperative difficulty in defecation of mixed hemorrhoids were selected from the anorectal treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and use random number method to divide it into two groups.One group was given self-designed Gui Renrun Chang prescription as the treatment group,one dose of decoction every day(300ml)was taken about 0.5 hours after breakfast and dinner.The other group was given Congrong Tongbian Oral Liquid as the control group,(The manufacturer is Gansu Tianshui Qihuang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and the approval number is the national drug approval number Z10910032)10ml each time,30ml per day,3 times a day.Two groups of drugs were taken after the first defecation,altogether 2 course in this Clinical trials,each course lasted 5 days for a total of 10 days.Each treatment lasted 5 days and 10 days totally.Duration of defecation,stool characteristics,smooth defecation,abdominal distention,feeling incomplete after defecation,pain and hemorrhage in the symptom score table of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Ultimately,make an objective evaluation.Results:1.During the observation of the above clinical trials,in the treatment,2 patients group fell off,1 patient was eliminated,in the treatment group,3 patients were dropped out,In fact,33 patients in every group completed,and 66 patients were completed.2.Through clinical trials,it is found that Guiren Runchang formula and Congrong Tongbian oral liquid have certain curative effect on this disease.In the treatment group,the overall effective rate accounted for 87.88%;Among them,8 patients achieved the cure effect,24.24%owned,14 patients were effective after treatment,42.42%owned,7 patients finally achieved significant effect,21.21%owned,4 patients were ineffective after treatment,12.12%owned;in the control group,the overall effective rate accounted for 78.79%.Among them,3 patients achieved the cure effect,9.09%owned,7 patients were effective after treatment,21.21%owned,16 finally achieved significant effect,48.48%owned,and 7 patients were ineffective after treatment,21.21%owned.From all treatment rates,the treatment group was higher than the control group,The P value is less than 0.05,calculated by statistical APP,which demonstrate that statistical discrepancy existsed among two groups.Conclusion:Guirenrunchang formula and Congrongtongbian oral liquid have certain curative effect in the treatment of dysdefecation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation,it could ease the symptoms of clinical.However,the clinical effect of Guiren Runchang Decoction in the treatment of postoperative defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids is obviously better than Congrong Tongbian oral liquid,And in addition,no adverse reactions occurred in this experiment,which has the worth of clinical implementation.
