Effects Of Yang-yin-huo-wei Mixture On The Content Of Prostaglandin E2and Expression Of COX-2in Rats Mode Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: By studying the Yang-yin-huo-wei Mixture on CAG rat gastric mucosaCOX-2metabolic pathway and apoptosis, and reveal the scientific connotation ofprevention CAG. Methods: Establish the CAG animal model, the animals were randomlydivided into control group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine in low-dose group,traditional Chinese medicine in middle-dose group, traditional Chinese medicine inhigh-dose group and positive drug Weimeisu group, n=16. Except the regular feeding ofthe control group, the other groups still exert the modeling factors, and at the same timerespectively given the Yang-yin-huo-wei mixture decoction0.74g/kg d,1.48g/kg d,2.22g/kg d to traditional Chinese medicine in low-dose group, traditional Chinesemedicine in middle-dose group, traditional Chinese medicine in high-dose group, givepositive drug Weimeisu group0.86g/kg d. All the rats gavage once a day. After theexperiment we detected the expression of COX-2protein and PGE2protein on gastric-mucosa of rats. Results: Compared with the model group, all the traditional Chinesemedicine treatment groups and the positive drug Weimeisu group the COX-2proteinexpression there is a significant difference(P<0.05); Compared to traditional Chinesemedicine in low-dose group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine in middle-dosegroup, traditional Chinese medicine in high-dose group,the expression of COX-2proteinexpression significant difference(P<0.05), compare with traditional Chinese medicine inmiddle-dose group and traditional Chinese medicine in high-dose group their expressionofCOX-2protein expressionwithout significantly with differences (P>0.05).2. Comparedwith the model group, the expression of PGE2protein expression of traditional Chinesemedicine in low-dose group were significant differences(P<0.05);and the expression ofPGE2protein expression between traditional Chinese medicine in middle-dose group andtraditional Chinese medicine in high-dose group were significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion:1.After the intervention of Yang-yin-huo-wei Mixture, the COX-2content ingastric mucosa was decreased, its suggesting that Yang-yin-huo-wei Mixture have abilityto promote tissue repair, which play to protect the gastric mucosa role.2. This experimentsprove that the Yang-yin-huo-wei Mixture can enhance PGE2levels, and reduce the levelof diseased tissue proliferation induced cell apoptosis in normal CAG cell proliferationblocking effect.
