Analysis On The Influencing Factor Of The Highway Project Quality And Research On The Control Methods

There are a lot of factors that affect the quality of the project during the building of thehighway projects, some of them are subjective factor, and some of them are objective factors,which can be summed up mainly include: people, machinery, materials, methods, andenvironmental these five aspects.“People” play a decisive role in these five factors,“machinery”,“material” and “method” is critical point to the quality control, and the“environment” only impacts technology of the project implementation. With the rapiddevelopment of the national economy, the changing policy environment, the promotion ofpeople’s living standards, the improvement of the technology of road construction industry,the updating and promoting of new processes, new materials, new equipment and newtechnology, the critical points of these factors which affect the quality of the project ischanging in different degrees.Aiming to promote the construction quality and the durability of the highway project,starting from the development trend of highway construction and the current quality situationof our highway, with the actual case as the starting point, this article analyses the factors thataffect the quality of highway construction; through the analysis of the current policyenvironment, system environment and market environment and other factors, this articlepoints out the policy defects of blind scale construction, low price, unreasonable tenders thatneeded to improve; This article respectively analysis of the impact of human factors onquality from the highway project participation parties; researching on the factors of material,machinery and construction method with different depth and angle, seek the crux; throughthe analysis of various influencing factors, puts forward the quality control measures and thecorresponding management methods on quality, and put forward the improvement measureson the construction methods that are prone to have quality problems and hidden dangers.Research shows that, if we can catch the influence factors of the quality, establish andimplement the quality management institutions, improve the scientific quality assurancesystem, pay close attention to the development trend of quality, use the scientific qualitymanagement methods, take the correct quality control measures, and it will be able to achievethe quality target of highway project.
