Research On Project Quality Management Implementation Process Of ZJ Ring Expressway

Highway development of countries and even the whole society has a crucial role, a good run on the highway road construction projects play an important role in infrastructure, and highway construction projects is the most important road construction projects, road quality direct impact on the safety of road use, how to ensure the safety of road construction is the focus of current research. Pearl River Delta region for economic and social development "Eleventh Five-Year" period have made unprecedented progress, sustained and rapid economic growth in the Pearl River highway and waterway transport needs to make more vigorous, adjusting the economic structure of the transport service proposed new and higher requirements, the Pearl River Delta economic globalization requires strong support given to highway and waterway transportation, defense, security needs to provide effective protection of highway and waterway transportation, along with regional economic development and urbanization process accelerated, the main backbone network connecting highway only further strengthen the highway, encryption, in order to effective in ensuring the smooth flow of container port logistics and transportation vehicles.In this paper, ZJ Ring Highway project for the study, the use of total quality management theory, project quality management theory, system engineering theory and other theories, analyzes the current ZJ Link Expressway project quality management problems, mainly of project quality management location; project quality management foundation and inspection, testing; quality and motivation of project quality manager; issues of environmental impact (administrative intervention) on project quality in these areas, to address these issues, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, from project implementation before, during and after the three aspects of the quality of ZJ control loop highway project, which measures include commitments by bidding dispatch supervision of experienced personnel, equipment and raw materials come in a rigorous quality inspection, according to the plan and procedures implementation of quality control, build professional-quality workforce, improve performance appraisal incentives, urging contractors to the normal operation of the quality assurance system, and strengthen the process of creating value, corrective and improvement plans and other practical solutions in the management of the project encountered during specific problem, as time and durability to complete the design project provides a strong theoretical support.
