Research On Quality Management Of G Highway Construction Project In Wujiaba Area,Kunming

Highway construction,as an important link in transportation construction,has always been concerned by the state and society.With the continuous expansion of highway construction territory,the attention of all sectors of society to the quality of highway construction projects is increasing day by day.Highway transportation is a common mode of transportation in people’s production and life,private cars,buses,trucks and other vehicles flow be a huge pressure on the road,if cut corners in the highway construction,lack of effective supervision,etc.,will form the jerry-built projects,not only affects people’s normal travel,threatening the safety of driving,at the same time.Degree of quality management plays a critical role in the quality of engineering,so it is necessary to improve the quality management of highway construction projects.This paper takes the highway G construction project in Kunming Wujiaba Area as the research object,elaborated the research background and significance of this article,summarizes the research status quo of highway construction project quality management both at home and abroad.Through the analysis of kunming wujiaba area G basic conditions of highway construction project and the management present situation,by using the methods of questionnaire investigation,causal analysis,study in kunming wujiaba area G the influence factors of highway construction project quality management,find out the city of kunming wujiaba area G quality management problems existing in the highway construction project.On this basis,the quality management objectives,quality management organization structure and quality management resource allocation of G highway construction project in Kunming Wujiaba Area are rationally planned.In this paper,combining the theory of“5M1E” theory,corresponding measures are put forward for quality control of G highway construction project in Wujiaba district of Kunming from three stages:construction preparation stage,construction stage and acceptance stage,and put forward from organization,system in kunming wujiaba area G highway construction project quality assurance measures,Thus,the construction of G highway construction project in Kunming Wujiaba area is standardized,and the quality management work in the construction process plays a certain guiding role,so as to improve the overall quality level of G highway construction project in Kunming Wujiaba area.
