By setting quality control point on thekey process or position, setting quality duty card on critical control point ofpart-to-item project, this thesis analysis the factors that influence quality beforehand,puts forward corresponding measures, undergoing active and preventive control,establishes quality management system, aims at definite the responsibility of qualitymanagement. And strengthening engineering quality from headstream, paid closeattention to test detection management, strengthening the raw materials productioncontrol and the supervision management of mixing stations, controlling constructionprocess, checking the material approach and process strictly. By establishing modelproject as a foothold, promoting refinement quality control management.Comprehensive realization the management theory of high quality good price,developing labor emulation, contract restriction and special achievement check,improving evaluation methods and promoting engineering quality management.Through the guidance and supervision of quality project, using the way of creditarchives, combing high quality with the evaluation of enterprises and individual,carrying out capital quality control management mode. By using the modernmanagement method, we can strengthen the quality control, and implement theomni-directional quality control. So quality management and control not only havepractical value for FengDa highway construction, but also provide reference for otherhighway engineering construction project in quality management and quality control.
