The Research And Practice Of A Building Engineering Construction Project Quality Management

The research object of this paper is quality management in construction project.This paper expounds the present situation of quality management of construction project in our country,and predicts the future development trend of quality management.Through a large number of basic data research,understanding of a construction project quality management problems.By systematically summarizing the theory of quality management,aiming at the construction project of a construction project quality management problems in the economic responsibility and quality consciousness of both hands;clear division of quality management responsibilities;establish effective quality management system;clear content quality;to establish an effective quality assurance system.In order to determine the main factors affecting the quality of construction,can use the layered graph method;in order to analyze the causes of quality defects,the use of causal analysis method;using Pareto Diagram of key management,the classification of the causes of the quality problems of key management,appropriate to strengthen management;influencing factors that cause quality problems for each.By using the analytic hierarchy process analysis.Using the above method to study the quality of construction project management,in order to lay a solid foundation for quality management practices,in order to provide strong theoretical support,hope to have certain help to the actual construction process of quality management in construction site.
