The Effect Mechanism And Simulation Research Of The Management Factors Affecting The Implementation Of Highway Quality Engineering

Highway is a basic,leading and strategic project in the national economy.It is also an important trading sevice project.According to the requirements of highway construction in the 13th Five-Year Plan,the state proposes to build a highway quality project with the goal of"high quality and durability,safety and comfort,economic and environmental protection,and social recognition".The construction of highway quality engineering is an important measure to carry out the strategy of "transportation power" and "quality power".The management concept and innovation in highway construction have an important influence on the realization of quality engineering.Therefore,this paper will focus on the mechanism of management factors in the realization of highway quality engineering.First of all,on the basis of consulting a large number of policy documents,literature and practical cases of highway quality engineering construction,the definition of highway quality engineering is defined,and the realization of highway quality characteristics is summarized.Secondly,the case study method,literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method are used to identify and select the management factors that affect the realization of highway quality engineering,and the management factors that affect the realization of highway quality engineering include management philosophy,management technology,management personnel and management.Five dimensions of system and management environment,and refine and explain the management factors in each dimension.On this basis,the relationship between management factors is analyzed,and the SD(system dynamics)model for management factors affecting the realization of highway quality engineering is constructed.The five major dimensions of management factors and the goals of highway quality engineering are analyzed.The relationship and mechanism of influence between high quality and durability,safety and comfort,economic and environmental protection,and social recognition.Finally,the identified management factors and SD models are applied to actual engineering projects,and questionnaire survey and order relationship analysis(G1 weighting method)are used to set the initial values of model parameters;through simulation and sensitivity analysis,it is found that:5 dimensions of management factors They all have a positive correlation with the realization of expressway quality projects.Among them,the five variables of management factors such as working time,rework,cooperation awareness,stakeholder fit and corruption have a significant impact on the realization of expressway quality projects.On this basis,some management measures and suggestions for the realization of highway quality engineering were put forward in a targeted manner.On this basis,some management measures and suggestions for the realization of highway quality engineering are put forward.In this paper,the five dimensions of management factors identified and the SD model of the impact of management factors on the realization of highway quality engineering can be used to analyze the impact mechanism of highway construction management factors on the realization of its quality engineering,so as to build quality engineering for highway project managers and further promote the scientific,procedural and systematic quality engineering construction management It provides some theoretical analysis tools and reference suggestions for the construction management innovation of highway quality engineering and the scientific formulation of management strategies.
