The Preliminary Study Of Green Refurbishment Strategies Of Existing Building Facades

According to the National12th five-year plan, green reconstruction of existingbuilding has become one of the important trend of the current Chinese construction field.Green strategy in reconstruction has become the important proposition of the architecture,and the Architectural epidermis strategy is one of the vital components.This research first analysed classification, present situation and existing problems ofgreen reconstruction of existing building skin; Then we utilized and compared four casestudies at home and abroad. Finally we concluded a transformation strategy and lookedinto the future. Main body consists of three parts. The first part that lays the foundationfor the case study is chapter2, which analyses the importance, the transformationmeaning, modification methods and properties of green reconstruction of existingbuilding skin. The second part that consists of in-depth researches based on the contentof the first part is chapter3., which are the case studies of green reconstruction ofexisting building skins at home and abroad, For the domestic case, we mainly choseNanhai Yiku of Shenzhen and Shendu Building of Shanghai; For the foreign case, wechose Tokyo Institute of Technology Midorigaoka#1Building and Faculty of CivilEngineering and Geosciences of Delft University of Technology. The third part is chapter4, in which we research strategies of green reconstruction of existing building skin, putforward a set of design process, design methods of rebuilding the existing buildings skinand the preliminary strategy of specific measures of transformation.In this study, through different coping strategies of the green reconstruction ofexisting buildings skin at home and abroad, combined with typical cases, we explored thecurrent situation, shortcomings and directions of green renovation of existing buildingsin our country, hoping to contribute to the design of green modification in the future.
