Research On The Method Of Recomposition For Existing Building Facade Renewal

In the 21 st century,under the threat of energy crisis,the government vigorously advocated sustainable development,from the big demolition and construction gradually to the renovation of the renovation of the city,most of the existing buildings,the original facade of the design and style has not adapt to the requirements of the times,affecting the urban interface environment,not to mention the image of a good shape of the city.As the whole of the existing building transformation can be implemented and realized the basic material carrier,material is the first transmission of architectural sentiment to express architectural form and shape the space form.Therefore,the material is a matter of course,which is directly related to the design and performance of the existing facade reconstruction.Its performance and form greatly affect or determine the possible performance and methods of the existing facade transformation.So,in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development,how should the material performance in line with contemporary aesthetic while continuing the meaning of the building? What are the rules of material performance for existing facades?In this paper,the reconstruction of the existing building facade material reconstruction performance,with the reconstruction theory as a methodology for the reconstruction of the existing building facade reconstruction material performance combing strategy.This paper focuses on three aspects of the study:In the second chapter,the paper mainly studies the classification and performance characteristics of facade material;the third chapter is the interpretation of architectural facade material reconstruction design,presents both conceptual reconstruction design of building facade renovation material performance in the analysis of influence of the existing building facade material reconstruction design factors principles and existing building material reconstruction design significance;the fourth chapter is the priority among priorities of this paper,mainly discusses the method of material reconstruction strategy of existing building facade renovation,introduced from four aspects of material reconstruction design methods and characteristics,summarizeseight kinds of methods,and carries on the case analysis and description the application of reconstruction of typical materials;the fifth chapter mainly discusses the practice and development of the existing building facade material reconstruction in China,in Shanghai,the existing building reform As an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of the reconstruction design of domestic building materials,points out the problems existing in the process,and puts forward some countermeasures and constructive suggestions for the improvement.
