Research On High Rise Building Facade Based On Green Design Strategy

With the development of the times, the number of high-rise construction in recent years is increasing. And at the same time, it also brings a lot of negative impact on the environment. As cater to the demands of the current energy-saving and emission reduction, conform to the national call,green high-rises effectively solve the problem in the land saving, energy saving, water saving, material, indoor environment quality and operation of the management process. Therefore, in the current situation, especially the full implementation of green building standards, the study of green super high-rise building has its important significance.The thesis is based on the rules for the evaluation of green super high-rise buildings. First,this thesis the influence factors of super tall green design is discussed.Then, combined with objective conditions and actual cases or related technical means, the relevant experience is introduced. The purpose is to find a variety of different conditions of the coping strategies. With the combination of Nanjing fengtai hign-rise which the author participated in the design process during the internship period, the transformation of the design strategy, the consideration of the uniqueness of the project itself, the usage of computer to simulate the ventilation, lighting, shading, etc, the specification, experience, computer data is taken into account in the process of design,to make the buildidng meet the norms.The three part of the paper(chapter2-4) respectively discuss the reason, the phenomenon and the guidance of green high-rise. The matters needing attention in the design of green super high-rise buildings and the common methods are discussed in three parts:External factors, experience summary, practical transformation. Theory is applied in the practical project and the influence factors of the facade design of green super high rise buildings are explained from the point of view of design and practice.
