Research On The Adaptability Updating Of Existing Building Facade Alongthe Street Under The Theory Of "Urban Repairing"

With its rapid development,urbanization has brought the development of economic and production levels to the cities,while the rapid expansion of cities has brought about a series of problems in transportation,environment and salary.In response to the disadvantages of urbanization,the national government proposes to build a urbanization development characterized with more people-oriented,urban-rural,environment-friendly,a distinctive urban culture.The change of urbandevelopment requirements will inevitably affect urban design and street design planning.As the vein of the city,the street is the most intuitive expression of urban culture andimage.Existing buildings along the street facade holds a large proportion of the streetspace,which constructs an important part of city image and street style.It needs to matchthe city development,and show the infinite possibility of development in the historical process of the city.The original city needs to rebuild the urban areas that do not adapt to the development of the times to rapidly develop the city.As the main part of the reconstruction,adaptive updating of the building elevation along the street is inevitable.Update existing buildings along the street facade has experienced a tortuous process.In its updating process,the existing building along the street context were ruptured,the style was similar with each other with the method of rude demolition and renovation,which not only seriously affects the normal life of residents,but also bring burden tothe urban economy.In 2015,the central urban working conference formally put forward the theory of "urban repair".It updated the city with "small-scale" and "progressive" way,and listed SanYa as the first trial city.Once proposed,the theory of “urban repair” was wellrecognized by all sectors of society because of its advantage of small interference,protecting the city,decreasing resource depletion,etc to,so as to lay the theoretical basis development direction for urban renewal.The "urban repair" theory was appliedto the renovation of existing building facade along the street,which is in line with the demand of existing building elevation along the street in the new urbanization.Therefore,this paper will apply "urban repair" theory to the existing street buildings facade update,the hierarchical and focused organic renovation of the existingstreet buildings facade was consistent with urban background,embodying the city image reconstruction system.In seven chapters,this paper respectively elaborates the purpose and significance of existing street buildings facade update with "urban repair" theory,thehierarchical needs,theory development and related research of the urban renewal’s theory under the background of of urbanization.It also describes the updated principles and strategies,the specific application of theory,update research and case analysis,and summarizesthe adaptability study,hoping to provide the reference for the street architectural theoryin the future.
