With the progress of the times, the development of social economy and the constant renovation of the construction industry, people's lifestyles and consumption patterns have also undergone great changes.Under the new era context, the development mode of the construction industry is diversified, and the commercial building is the most typical one.Today's society is a time of consumerism culture, and consumption has become the center of people's life.As a carrier of consumption, commercial building plays an important role in the consumption storm. It bears a variety of urban functions, and it also bears the diversified demand for the market. The development of commercial buildings is facing great opportunities and difficult challenges as well. The external facade of the commercial building,as the external manifestation of the building,is the business card of the building as well as the business card of the city, representing the eyes and patterns of the designers, enterprises and cities.Facade design through the quality of style positioning, advertising brand building and atmosphere building to the public to convey a strong commercial atmosphere, stimulating people's desire for consumption. In the process of consumption, people get the recognition of self actualization value, and businesses get maximum economic benefits. This paper first summarizes the theoretical basis of the facade and collage of commercial buildings through a large number of domestic and foreign research status. On the basis of this,we make a field investigation and analysis of the contemporary commercial buildings, and summarize the existing problems in the facade design and analyze the reasons. Then, put forward the collage solution for the development trend and predicament of commercial buildings. The art of "collage" is analyzed and studied. The design concept of "collage Facade" is put forward, and the suitability of the "collage Facade" is fully demonstrated through the organic composition and consumption culture of the external facades of the commercial buildings. The technique of "collage" emphasizes the selection and collocation of materials and colors, emphasizes the combination of technical and artistic, and is used to metaphor, and has the advantages of multiple inclusiveness, fragment integration and systematicargumentation.Secondly, taking "collage facade design" as the core, this paper analyzes the surrounding environment, technical level, artistic aesthetic, consumption culture, related design norms and other factors, and puts forward the six basic principles of the collage facade as a whole,functional,space-time,technical,popular,and economic. Then, with the guidance of design principles, the concrete design strategies and corresponding design methods for the facade design of contemporary commercial buildings are put forward.Based on the design stage of the facade, the design strategy includes four aspects: conceptual design collage, optimization design collage, detail collage and collage. The concept design collage emphasizes the design orientation and the shape shaping, the optimized collage pays attention to the design technology and art optimization, the advertising density control, the economic control, and the detail collage from the material, color, texture, texture, advertisement, lighting and so on,puts forward specific collage design techniques, and the humanistic collage emphasizes humanized design and text. The inheritance and innovative application of elements and cultural significance. Finally, through the practice of commercial building project, the design method of the collage facade is verified and analyzed, and the strategy and theory of solving the actual problems of the external facade of the commercial building are summarized.
