With the new curriculum reform, middle school teachers’ role is changing, they’re becoming the prompters of the students in their study, researchers in the education teaching, course builders and developers, and local community open teachers. This requires teachers to abandon old teaching idea, study the new teaching concept. Promote the growth of teachers, speed up teachers’ professional development, follow the pace of the times. The growth of the middle school teachers presents periodically. Teachers at different stages have different concerns, different professional ability, different abilities of processing information, at the same time the needs of teachers are not the same. The growth of teachers and teaching research ability are inseparable. The current environment requests the teacher is not only teaching practitioners, at the same time also to be a teaching observer and explorer, promotes the practice to theory. Research and teaching ability eventually be reflected in the writing papers on the ability of teaching research, the rigor and feasibility of the content in paper as judgment standard."Mathematical Communication"as the research object, this paper surveys the location of the school,teachers’ gender, job title and research concent of middle school mathematics teachers who publish papers, and takes a list of analysis, to analyze the elements which influence middle schools’ teachers’professional development, and give some suggestions from the perspective of teachers’ teaching research. |
