In today's society, we put forward higher requirements for teachers. But there are still a lot of problems in teacher training, which lead to the inefficient training and difficulty of improving the quality of teachers. The inner reason is that today's teacher training neglects the subjective initiative. How to arouse teachers' subjective initiative? The key for teachers to promote their professional development is self-reflection. Self-reflection will promote normal students to accumulate knowledge and form the practice of theory; promote their self-growth; help their lay a strong foundation in job training. In this study, we hope that biology normal students will use reflection to improve their vocational skill.Based on the Meta-cognition Theory and the Constructivist Learning Theory, combined with the inspection based on the literature and the actual situation in our school, I build a pre-service teachers professional skills training programs of reflective practice, including the status of the program or training needs analysis; identify training outline or framework; planning and the development of detailed training programs; implementation of training programs; develop and improve the evaluation system. According to the training program, I arrange a classroom teaching skills training for normal students of Biological Sciences by Micro-teaching, including teaching language skills, writing on the blackboard skills, and teaching behavior change skills. Also according to the training program, I select some normal students with the form of voluntary registration, to train their instructional design skills, multimedia courseware production skills and Lessons presenting skills. Referring to domestic and international questionnaire on micro-teaching results, I design a questionnaire with Likert scale which is divided into five dimensions, the overall evaluation, training content, training environment, cooperation and communication, evaluation and feedback. The quality of the questionnaire assessed by SPSS statistical software shows that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity. The result of the questionnaire shows that using reflective strategies in classroom teaching skills training can make normal students aware of their skills'status, effectively improve the teaching skills, and cultivate the habit of reflection. Based on domestic and international interview on teacher training, I interview the normal students who participate in the training. The results of interview shows that all normal students believe their skills have greatly improved through training. Compared with the training before, the normal students is now more aware of their skill level and improving space.The conclusions of this study are as follows:the professional skills training for Biological Sciences pre-service teachers based on the reflection is effective; normal students'reflection on the process of teachers professional skills training is necessary; the key of the pre-service teachers professional skills training based on reflection is self-evaluation; and training normal students'ability to reflect is a long-term task.
