Under the existing technology and economic conditions, Construction of the earthquake emergency rescue system because of less investment, quick results, more realistic get more and more attention.Earthquake emergency plan as a possible response to the earthquake disaster, ensure reasonable, quickly and efficiently carry out emergency relief activities, to reduce casualties and property losses and pre-established rescue plans or programs, play an important role in the earthquake emergency rescue work. Scientific and effective emergency plan can not only increase the resilience to disasters, but also improve the efficiency of the rescue after the disaster. In recent years, though digital technology has been successfully applied to a number of areas of disaster and accident rescue emergency plan implementation process, further research needs to be applied in the field of earthquake emergency rescue.
