Design And Implementation Of Police Emergency Command And Plan Management Information System Based On GIS

With the rapid development of Internet technology,all means of crime are more technicalized,posing a serious challenge to the social public security.In order to further deepen the construction of public security information system,and improve the ability of public security service.Which achieve rapid reporting of public safety incidents,timely emergency response,smooth exchange of information,efficient joint command,exact information publishing and so on function.This thesis researches police emergency command and plan management information system.Based on GIS technology,the system uses GIS platform of SuperMap to develop police business,which based on electronic map data,the system utilizes powerful spatial database management of GIS,to realize intelligent management of police resources and plan and visual command and dispatch of map,it allocate police resources effectively and reasonably,and coordinate with police monitoring,video surveillance and GPS monitoring system,which realize rapid handling,aided analysis and command scheduling of emergencies for police.The main contents of this thesis and the work of the author alone have the following aspects:1.The relevant literature of the development of Police Geographic Information System at home and abroad is reviewed.Conducted a field study of system requirements,and collected and organized data and business process.2.The key technologies used in the system,such as SuperMap iServer platform and Dijkstra algorithm etc.are introduced and analyzed.According to the requirements,the system platform architecture design,database design,interface design,and the functional design of each module are given.3.Completed and realized the basic operation of the map.The map visually displays police video vehicle monitoring,plan management and plan deduction,command and dispatch,data statistic analysis,four-color alert and hotspot analysis,system management functions.4.Finally,the stability of the system has been tested,and the functions and performance have reached the demand.
