With the continuous development of the economy, the impact of the disaster is more andmore huge. The earthquake, debris flow, landslides, floods and so on which are the main factorof impacting natural disaster, resulting in damage to the natural and people’s life and property. Inrecent years, the frequency of disasters is high, how to effectively reduce the losses caused bydisasters should be subject of study. In emergency mitigation process, an accurate analysis of theimpact of disasters on the geographical environment, has a vital role to improve the capacity torespond to emergencies. Thematic map refers to the process of content about a topic map-makingprocess is essentially the processing of spatial location data (base map elements) and attributedata (thematic elements).
