Firstly this paper analyze the knowledge employees' engagement research. But the former related research nearly discussed the theory origin of the employee engagement, so the paper wants to find the theory origin from the psychological contract, organization commitment between the employees and the organizations. On the basis of this theory origin, the paper wants to know the employee engagement actuality of the high-tech companies and the influence factors by using the demonstration research method, then gives the effective strategy to improve the level of the knowledge employee engagement of high-tech organizations. Hence it is expected to help the organizations in the aspect of employee engagement.Major findings of this paper include: (1) According to the analytic result of the questionnaire, we can get the result that the knowledge employee engagement of high-tech organization is on the moderate level. (2) Demographic and organizational factors have significantly different effects on employee engagement, job engagement factor, career development engagement factor and organization engagement factor. (3) The career development opportunity, job recognition and organization environment are significantly positively related with employee engagement. Get the formula of knowledge employee engagement Finally, managerial implications were given in the hope of improving the knowledge employee engagement of high-tech organizations.On the basis of the theory and research study, this paper give some advices:(1)Let the knowledge employees make the psychological contact with the company; (2)Build the whole career development plan for the employees. (3)Build the homonym environment in the organization.The new points of this paper including: choose the high-tech employees as the object, the paper wants to find the theory origin from the psychological contract, organization commitment between the employees and the organizations. The value of it is: (1) Theoretically, it opens the mind of the engagement research; (2) Practically, through the research of the affective factors of the high-tech employees in Shanghai, it offers the effective and feasible countermeasure for the management of the knowledge employees.
