In modern times, the optimized training system in developing human resources matters in the competition among enterprises. As the center of the human resources, reasonable employee training can best transfer the human resources to the great power in enterprise development by improving the potential of the employees and optimizing the manning. Gansu Electric Power Company, although as a large state-owned enterprises, is underdeveloped in the training system, which has inflenced badly on the enterprise’s development. To cooperate the reform in other systems concerned and improve the efficiency and benefits of Gansu Electric Power Company, the thesis is to study the problems in the training system of Gansu Electric Power Company, summarize experience in its development and present the feasible approaches for optimized training system.Firstly, the thesis focuses on the rationale concerning the training system. Characterists and problems in Human Resources of Gansu Electric Power Corporation in the context of the rationale are presented, including the lagging training concept, the unsound training system, lack of training standards and guides, the conflict between training and work and the poor teaching resources, etc. Secondly, the thesis analyses the determing factors in improve training system, including training aims, training needs, optimized integration of training resource, training contents and training and the talents plans. Of particular importance is the analysis of strategies which raises feasible approaches to optimized training system from the site organization of training, the ensurance of the implementation of the training and the evaluation of the effect of the training. In the conclucion, the thesis summarises the developing plan and further expection for training employees in Gansu Electric Power Corporation. Finally, the study limitations and some suggestions for further research are presented.In conclucion, by elaborating the rationale and practices, the thesis analyses the existing training concept, system and modes in Gansu Electric Power Corporation. What’s more, the feasible approaches to optimized training system has been raised in the thesis to arouse more attention and interests in the study of training system.
