Under a fiercer and fiercer market competition environment, the development and utilization of human resources has already become the key factor for an enterprise to expand and keep on going. As an essential part of the human resources development, the enterprise training has obtained an all-time attention. The modern training system that fully takes advantage of a company’s inner resources to found a proper development mode would become the most important push engine, for which can constantly advance company’s core competitive power, enhance employees’quality and promote the management level.Based on the training practice of famous companies and the theory of enterprise-employee training and education system, the paper comprehensively analyzed the development status of employee-training system in Gansu Electric Power Corporation. The present training system in the corporation was founded in2006, which is so incomplete that it is merely made up simply by several modules. With the constant development of electric technology and corporation’s promoted standard for employees, this system could no longer meet the demand of the corporation. Here the author designed a systemic, sustainable and advanced employee-training system. The new system considers the requirement of Gansu Electric Power Corporation’s present management and future progressing, with the hope to improve the employee-training quality. This system, furthermore, is a better reference for other electric power corporations to train their employees and found employee-training systems.
