Research On The Optimal Allocation Of Human Resources In A City Electric Power Enterprise

The analysis on structure of human resources could provides a very important decision to implement of human resources strategy, and it is an important part of human resource management. For different industries, the research on the structure of human resources is difference, at present,the research on human resource structure of electric power enterprise, the related theories are so less at home and abroad, and has not formed a relatively complete research system. Not only that, due to the difficult of collecting the relevant data of the electric power enterprise, complex personnel structure and larger changes in personnel and other reasons, the relationship between human resource structure and the effectiveness of this kind of enterprise’s argument is more less. Because of the above reality of vacancy research, based on the background of the current situation of human resource structure of electric power enterprises of a city, analysis the related theories on human resources deeply, and combine the electric power enterprise industry characteristics, constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of human resource structure of electric power enterprise, and using the survey data, evaluate a more comprehensive and prediction of the system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly, summarizing the present research situation of the domestic and abroad, and then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the structure of human resources in power enterprises, puts forward a reasonable definition of human resource structure of electric power enterprise, and puts forward a principle of the comprehensive evaluation of human resources the structure of electric power enterprise system, comprehensiveness should follow, is hierarchy, operability and purpose, through the elaboration of three levels of quality, efficiency and stability of the structure of human resources of the content to explain the characteristics of the structure of human resources reasonably, on the basis of this, we should using literature method and expert consultation method to construct the comprehensive evaluation of human resources structure of electric power enterprise system. This paper take the electric power enterprises of a city as the research object, use the method of questionnaire investigation and interview to collects, statistics and analysis of the structure of human resources data of the enterprise, and constructs the index system of the corresponding, uses the method of theoretical and practical combination of the construction of the system that will be applied to the power company, finally from the these three aspects of quality, efficiency and the stability,analyzes the present situation of the personnel structure of the electric power corporation and give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper have a certain theoretical significance to study the structure of human resources in electric power enterprises the power industry in our country, and has certain practical guiding significance to the enterprise the effective management of human resources.
