With the increasing progress in market economy, science and technology, the requirements for the management mode of modern enterprises becomes more demanding. Currently, the reform of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises are deepening constantly, and the intensification of stage grid is further strengthened. Therefore, it is urgent for electric power companies to update their human resource management into a higher level.Generally speaking, China’s power enterprises have made a rapid progress in employee training and obtained a good result. But there are some defects. For example, the key points of the training are not clear; the ways of training is autonomous; the training is separated from the work, etc. In such a circumstance, the thesis takes Zhejiang Electric Power Company as an example and proposes the online training system for employeesin electric power companies. Besides, an in-depth discussion on various aspects of the system construction is also made.The thesis analyzes the research background and the domestic and foreign research findings. On this basis, after field survey, the author finds out that, currently, there are following problems in the employee training system of Zhejiang Electric Power Company: the training mode is single; there is no analysis on training demands; the training evaluation is not sound. Based on this, the thesis designs a mobile online training system for Zhejiang Electric Power Company from the perspective of mobile internet based on the actual situation of Zhejiang Electric Power Company and points out that we should do a good work in front-end analysis when building mobile training system. This paper also compares the specific modes of the mobile online training. And the research findings show that O2 O and online classes are online training modes suitable for the employee training of Zhejiang Electric Power Company. Finally, the thesis further improves the online training system and proposes safeguards from the following six aspects: philosophy, technology, faculty, funding, curriculum and offline docking. Hope it can provide some help and reference for the employee training of China’s electric power companies.
