The 21 st century is a knowledge of human resources and capital as the core of the knowledge economy era.Company products,technology,service is not just between competition,but also the competition of talents.Company at the core of human resource development way is to staff training.More and more companies regard training as an important way to improve the efficiency of the enterprise growth.Internet technology with strong tide of knowledge economy,the change people shopping,life,financial habits,such as the Internet itself is convenient,fast and flexible characteristics,make it also has a great influence for training industry.From the analysis of internal and external environment of the company,this paper analyses the roll out in the country under the environment of power system reform,its Chinese tianjin electric power company faces opportunities and challenges,to deal with challenges and seize the opportunity,well the important step is to create with superb skills,lean management staff.In the paper,first,analyzed about the present situation of the company's employees,analyzes the company staff at academic,professional and technical level structure,etc.,to find a stage relatively insufficient total staff team of talent,talent structure is not reasonable,talents' innovative ability needs to improve.In order to solve these problems,we should carry out targeted training.Within the company,is equipped with the support of talent training institutions,training centers,by summing up,find that exist in the training needs are not clear,the lack of a system with single training model assessment system,etc.To solve these problems,research on training system construction under the Internet environment.Training system for the construction of the first,from the perspective of the training needs survey,in the training needs survey,using questionnaire,traditional WeChat questionnaire,Internet questionnaire in three types of innovation,due to the use of the Internet platform WeChat noodles wide,the communicative in demand research participation have larger growth,enhanced the accuracy of the demand research.Link in training program development,combined the actual work,analyzes the components of training program,including training objectives,training content,training methods,training division,training venues,training time,training objects,etc.,for each factor.In training implementation,on the basis of traditional face-to-face,university innovation WeChat platform,network,according to the course of training target,through the study of different forms for training objects,adapt to the current staff fragmentation and networked learning habits.Link of training evaluation,the introduction of offset level 4 assessment,according to the different requirements of training course,in different levels of assessment.Finally,the training system of continuous improvement,proposed to establish incentive mechanism,improving training system's advice,and using PDCA cycle,through the planning and execution-check-correction steps for improving training system.Through the above discussion,combined with the company's working practice,on the Internet of the construction of the complete training system of the environment,make the training more efficient,thus promoting the comprehensive quality of employees and skill level,more can adapt to the development of new era and requirements.
