In recent years, food safety events have been presented to the trend ofmultiple food safety, food safety issues have become increasingly prominent,has also become the focus of attention of the whole society.In this paper, starting from Shanghai food safety regulatory system statusquo points applicable recommendations on how to improve the Shanghai foodsafety regulatory Shanghai food safety regulatory problems.Firstly, the view from the regulatory body of the Shanghai food safetyregulatory system for the Shanghai food safety supervision and coordination ofrelevant departments cross, there are redundant construction, while not enoughinformation on the degree of openness and public participation and other issues.Shanghai First Food Standards should be cleaned effectively resolve thecontradictions that exist in the current food safety management repeated cross;then clear responsibilities among the various food safety supervisiondepartments to improve the sharing of information between departments work toimprove the food regulatory efficiency.
