As reforming and opening up for more than30years, Hunan province’s privateenterprises have achieved an enormous development. Especially in recent years, alarge number of typical private enterprises with highly speed development havebecome an important sector of Hunan province’s economy. However, theseenterprises are still uncompetitive with the other enterprises and foreign capitalenterprises. Under internal&external pressure, Hunan’s private enterprises have toface a serious of challenges. Lacking of core competitiveness is the most prominentchallenge. To realize its stable development, we need to find solutions to solve itsdilemma. Based on this, this essay studies the human resource&competitiveness’scorrelation of Hunan’s private enterprises. Human resource has a significant effort oncompleting the enterprises’ competitiveness theory and guide private enterprisesgrowth in the right way.Based on the comprehensive enterprise human resource theory, the corecompetitive force of the enterprise theory and related theory and method of researchfoundation, this paper expounds the enterprises’ human resource and competitivenessinternal meaning&components. The author built a theory model of human resourceand competitiveness with combined the regression analysis method on the basis ofanalyzing of present situation to human resource examine the theoretical assumptions.At last, the author raised several suggestions to improve the enterprises’ corecompetitiveness.First of all, comb all human resource&competitiveness’s related theories todetermine the enterprise human resource&competitiveness‘s specific connotation.From the early formation period, vigorous development period, turn to China threestages after summary of human resource&competitiveness of the enterprise theory ofevolution of formation and development. From market ability, management abilityand the technical ability from three aspects of the competitive power of enterpriseinductive components, from the skills, knowledge, education, etc inductive enterprisehuman resource elements. Then, in data collection, and on the basis of specific depict human resource ofHunan’s private enterprise’s development present situation, the current situation of thedevelopment of the enterprise competitiveness, and integrate the analysis privateenterprise of human resource on the influence factors of enterprise competitiveness.On the basis of existing researches, the article puts forward the theoreticalassumptions. Determine the research area and the object, draw out data sources. Withadvocate business income and total return on assets set be explained variables, withbody level index, knowledge level index, skills and experience index level set indexexplanatory variables, with enterprise’s growth, the scale of the enterprise to set thecontrol variables.Finally, this paper built human resource&enterprise competitiveness regressionmodel and analyzed the existing data index to find out correlation results. Andaccording to the results from above model writer raised several suggestions toimprove core competitiveness from3angles of the development staff skill andknowledge literacy, control cost investment, make effective incentive system.
