From the case of PepsiCo (China) limited’s acquisition by Tingyi Holding corporation which causing a series of problems such as the strike, the bow out of management, the shortage of the products and the suspension of selling etc., it is indicated that the management of people is the most difficult thing and easily prone to problems in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition. The fundament for merger success is Human Resource Management. In this article, the characteristics of Chinese companies are analyzed and the strategy of Human Resource Management is established. And this article investigated the problems in Human Resource Management during the transnational mergers and acquisitions of Chinese companies and put forward some solutions. Furthermore, on the basis of the study mentioned above, the strategies of Human Resources Integration during the transnational mergers and acquisitions were summarized, the methods for transnational mergers and acquisitions were provided and some improper ways were suggested to evade. |
