The Research On Enterprises’ Multi-project Overall Risk Management

Along with the continual development of economy and the continual expansionof enterprises’ scale, the collective management of many projects in one enterprise ismore and more common.The development of international enterprise and diversifiedeconomy makes the globalization of economy speeding up,makes the risk factorsmore and more complex and makes the risk management more and more important.So, The research on enterprises’ multi-project overall risk management becomes verynecessary.The research uses the method of theory combining the instance to make itselfmore comprehensive.The comparative analysis method is used many times, like thedomestic and foreign research、the characteristics of single and multiple projectmanagement、the characteristics of single and multiple project management.Themethod of interviews is used by the research of the instance. The author visited thegeneral manager of the Yilian construction project management limited company ofHebei. Deductive method and induction are also used by the research on enterprises’multi-project overall risk management.First of all, from the concept, the definition and characteristics of the research onenterprises’ multi-project overall risk management are carried out. The related theoriesof project management, multi-project management, risk management, overall riskmanagement are analysed.Currently,the research on enterprises’ multi-project overall risk management is ininfancy.The research on multi-project management and overall risk management issteal at the beginning stage.This study analyzes the current situation and the problemsof Chinese enterprises’ multi-project overall risk management. Then fined out the tworeasons of these problems.One is the weak consciousness,the other is the weakenvironment of multi-project overall risk management. The gap of China and foreign multi-project overall risk management is compared.The content of the multi-project risk management, the risk identification、the riskassessment、the risk control of multi-project risk management,is expounded.The riskidentification of multi-project risk management is participated by all of the members.The preliminary identification is carried out by the basal risk managementdepartment.Then the central risk management department does the integrate riskidentification. The risk assessment of multi-project risk management includesbuilding multi-project risk evaluation index system, the division of index weight andthe comprehensive evaluation and decision of these risk evaluation indexes.The riskassessment of the subjective evaluation method, the multi-project risk assessmentfigure,multi-project risk fuzzy evaluation method are put forward.The risk control ofmulti-project risk management has5kinds of plans: risk reduce,risk aversion,riskprivately owned,risk transfer and risk create profit.The strategy to solve the problems of current multi-project risk management iscarried out.The first one is the whole society members to participate the improvementof the risk consciousness.The second one is to perfect the mechanism of enterprises’multi-project risk management.The third one is to improve the enterprises’multi-project risk management level of technology.The last one is to connect themulti-project risk management and the internal control system.Finally, by the instance of the Yilian construction project management limitedcompany of Hebei, multi-project risk management present situation of this companyis carried out,the problems existing in the management are pointed out,and thestrategies to solve these problems are put forward.
